About this tool

About PDF Signature Stamp

PDF Signature Stamp places a visual signature on chosen pages of a PDF. Type your name in a standard PDF font or draw a signature with a mouse, finger or pen, choose its position, width and colour, optionally add a date line, check the live preview and download the stamped PDF. It is a visual stamp, not a cryptographic digital signature.

Many everyday documents only need a visible signature — an acknowledgement, a form or an internal approval. Adding it locally avoids uploading the document or your signature anywhere.
