Toolisco respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. Note that our tools process data within your browser — we do not host or store the files you encode. This policy concerns the original content we publish on this site, such as guides and articles.
Filing a notice
If you believe content published on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@toolisco.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your contact information (name, email, and address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our process
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also notify the relevant party where applicable.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with an explanation and your contact information. We will review counter-notices in good faith.
Good-faith use
Please only submit notices for material you genuinely own or are authorized to act upon. Misrepresentations may carry legal consequences under applicable law.
