About Typing Speed Test
Typing Speed Test measures how fast and how accurately you type an original passage within 30, 60 or 120 seconds. It shows gross and net words per minute, characters per minute, accuracy and the number of correct and incorrect characters, updating live as you type and giving a final score at the end. The test runs locally in your browser.
Knowing your real typing speed and error rate helps you track practice, prepare for typing tests in job applications or exams, and decide whether to focus on speed or accuracy. Net WPM shows how mistakes cost you speed.
