  The runtime is distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public License,

  (FFmpeg, Opus, Ogg/Vorbis, LAME, libvpx, emscripten/musl), is copied into
  NOTICE-libav-6.10.9.0-<variant>.txt. libav.js's own note is in
  LICENSE-libav.js.md.txt. No GPL-only components are included.
